Profiles and sidewalls

In order to increase the conveying capacity and output, we assemble our conveyor belts with different types of profiles. Particularly in the case of intensive ascending conveyors, they therefore provide reliable and safe transport of bulk material and small parts of the material to be conveyed.

Cross profiles are available in various materials, shapes and dimensions and are mainly used for inclined and steep transport.

Sidewalls are used to limit the sideways movement of bulk solids. The combination with cross profiles is often suitable.

Longitudinal profiles on the running side of the belt serve as a belt guide and effectively compensate transverse forces.

Our profiles can also be supplied in rolls or by the meter.
